Have a cup of cheer!

Brew your best this Christmas season!

Hi friends!

We have some exciting news, and a few changes to share with you.

We’re consistently overwhelmed by the growing community of interested and engaged people who keep buying our coffee. We’re really happy to see that community spread the word about us and are ever grateful for it. Thank you!
It’s given us tremendous pleasure roasting and supplying you with coffee and even more fun getting to know some of you!

Have a blessed Festive Season and a wonderful New Year!

Much love,
Republic Coffee Co. Team

Have you met Nic?

We’re so proud of the newest addition to the Republic Coffee family – Nicaragua Sejonia Estate.

The first time we cupped this juicy coffee we were so impressed with the complexity and character of the cup that we decided to add it to our coffee menu.

This lovely bean is grown on a little farm in Nicaragua, in the region of Jinotega – on the misty, mountainous slopes of the Sejonia Estate coffee farm.

This single origin, single estate coffee has aromas of fresh apricot and citrus fruit with layers of roasted almond, cinnamon and toffee finishing it off.

We love it in manual brews, like pour-over or Aeropress, but it also keeps intriguing us when pulled through an espresso machine. Brew it like you like it!

Shop Nicaragua here.

Fast Coffee!

You may or may not have seen it yet, but, our shiny new website is (a)live and kicking! You can now buy your favorite coffee at our super secure online store.
